It has been stipulated by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) that translations must be prepared from originals (being the preferred option) or certified photocopies. They do not accept translations from faxed documents or uncertified photocopies.

 

To avoid complications, we strongly suggest that you send us your original documents for translation. You can send us a scanned copy so that we can provide you with an accurate quote and so that we can start preparing the translation from that copy until the originals arrive to save time.

 

For other institutions such as universities, future employers, etc, please check with them if translations can be done from a copy or if they need to be prepared from original documents.  

 

Timeframe: It depends on the length of the document, the topic and our availability. We will let you know a timeframe before we go ahead with the translation.

 

Official translations are stamped and signed by the Translator.
